APPROVAL OF SECOND DWELLING STRUCTURE
(RADTKE - SCHWARTZ)
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has received a request from Attorney
Jack Radtke as representative of Larry Schwartz for permission to
construct a second residential structure on an approximately 43 acre
parcel in the SW 1/4 of Section 7 at the corner of Crowbar and Field
Drives, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission referred this request to the city
attorney for determination if Section 8.01 (7) B. of the Muskego
Zoning Ordinance requires that the principal occupation of families
in each dwelling be farming, and
WHEREAS City Attorney Buckley has determined that in his opinion
only the principal occupation of the family in the second dwelling
structure be farming.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the request from Attorney Jack Radtke
as representative of Larry Schwartz to permit construction of a
second residential structure in accordance with Section 8.01 (7) B.
of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance.
