RECOMMENDATION FOR LEGAL STATUS FOR LOT 11, BLOCK 2, BAY SHORE ESTATES
WHEREAS Francis Tower, W192 S7377 Bay Shore Drive, is the owner
of Lots 10 and 11, Block 2, Bay Shore Estates, and
WHEREAS Mr. Tower has petitioned the city to grant legal status
to Lot 11 which is considered an existing sub-standard lot, and
WHEREAS the zoning requirements for this RS-2 District are for
20,000 sq. ft. lots with 110' average width and Lot 11 is 16,905 sq. ft.
with 105' average width, and
WHEREAS a lateral has been installed for sanitary sewer service
for this lot, and
WHEREAS Lot 11 is compatible in size with the majority of the
0 lots in the Bay Shore Estates.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that legal
status be granted to Lot 11, Block 2, Bay Shore Estates.
