APPROVAL OF SIGN TO ADVERTISE SANDY BEACH
WHEREAS Robert and Judith Klenz, W159 S7985 Sandy Beach Lane,
have submitted a request to replace the existing 2' x 4' sign advertising
Sandy Beach which is located on the southwest corner of Woods Road and
Sandy Beach Lane, and
WHEREAS the proposed sign will be approximately 6' x 3' in sign
area, and
WHEREAS Sandy Beach is a permitted-use-by right in the,RS-3 OLR
District and'such signs are permitted subject to the approval of the
Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS the building inspector has advised that the setbacks are
adequate and the sign meets the requirements as set forth in Section
6.10 of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the request of Robert and Judith Klenz
to replace an existing 2' x 4' sign with a 6' x 3' sign to advertise
Sandy Beach.
