RESOLWION #P. C. 56-73
(AS AMENDED)
RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF REZONING (BIATTNER)
WHEREAS Leonard Blattner, W127 S8776 Durham Drive, has
submitted a petition to rezone approximately 40 acres of his
property in the NE 1/4 of Section 24 from 8-4 (Highway Business)
to R-3 (Country Home) to permit the creation of residential lots,
and
WHEREAS the Common Council has scheduled a public hearing to
consider this request for June 12th. 1973, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed the
request and has recommended approval as it will be compatible with
the up-dated Comprehensive Plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council approval
of this request to rezone approximately 40 acres owned by Leonard
Blattner from 8-4 to R-3 to permit the creation of residential lots
excluding that area which is defined as wetland floodplain.
