(AS AMENDED)
RECOMMENDATION TO APPROVE REZONING IN SECTION 9
WHEREAS the City of Muskego has received a petition from David
Cunningham, Milwaukee, to rezone Lots 1 and 2, Chesterhill Subdivision,
from RS-3 to B-3 to permit the expansion of a commercial building
(existing A & P store), and
WHEREAS the Common Council has scheduled a public hearing to
consider this petition for 7:15 P. M., February 27th, and
WHEREAS it is necessary for the Plan Commission to make a
recommendation on the zoning to the Common Council.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
David Cunningham to rezone Lots 1 and 2, Chesterhill Subdivision,
of Muskego does hereby recommend approval of the rezoning request of
from RS-3 to B-3.
BE IT PURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego suggests to the Common Council that they have assurance of the
agreement by the owners of Lots 1 and 2, Chesterhill Subdivision, to
sell their property in order to assure that the rezoning does not
involve speculation and the false increase Df property values.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is suggested that the Common
Council will assure itself of the execution of the lease between the
A & P and the developers.
