RESOLUTION #P. C. 5-73
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has been petitioned by Mrs.
William Thomka, S71 W19744 Simandl Drive, for determination of
legal status for Lot 6, Block A, Hi Y Ranches Subdivision, and
lots with 175' average width, and
WHEREAS, this is an R-2 District requiring 60,000 sq. ft.
20,000 sq. ft. with 120' average width, and
WHEREAS, the lots in this subdivision contain approximately
WHEREAS, the lots in question contains approximately 11,760
sq. ft. with 70' average width.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council denial
of legal status for Lot 6, Block A, Hi Y Ranches Subdivision.
