APPROVAL OF FOUR PARCEL DIVISION OF LAND

WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has been
requested to approve a preliminary plat prepared by Iloffmann, Polzin,
Becker Sr Associates for a four parcel division of the Gerald C.
Heinz property on Hillview Drive in Section 9, and
WHEREAS, this is an RS-3 OED District requiring 11,250 sq. ft.
lots with 75' average width and the lots proposed are more than
adequate to meet these requirements inasmuch as
Parcel A is 22,000 sq. ft. with 100' average width
Parcel B is 15,000 sq. ft. with 95' average width
Parcel C is 15,000 sq. ft. with 107' average width
and the fourth parcel on which Mr. Heinz's existing home is located
is in excess of one acre, and
WHEREAS, this proposed preliminary plat had been referred to
mission meeting May 16th, 1972, and Planning Consultant Mangiamele for recommendation at the Plan Com-
WHEREAS, Planning Consultant Mangiamele recommended that a
dedication for Hillview Drive be provided on each side of the road
abutting Mr. Heinz's property to permit a more satisfactory traffic
pattern and vision corner and that there be a 50' reservation for
road purposes north of Parcel A to provide access to the Koehn propert 1 hd
WHEREAS, the revised preliminary plat indicates the dedication
for Hillview Drive as recommended.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat for the division of Mr. tleinz's property subject to the 50' reservation for road
purposes north of Parcel A and subject to the approval of the city
engineer and that the Commission will be receptive to a certified
survey map.
