NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby rescind Resolution 210-2007, approved on November 13, 2007. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby direct the Finance Department Supervisor to remove $4,281.38, from the City of Muskego General Ledger balance, more specifically the Delinquent Personal Property Tax Account. After the approval had taken place it was realized that the amounts included in the resolution were the charge back amounts for these delinquent personal property taxes. The correct amount is now reflected in Resolution #243-2007. Key Issues for Consideration (Maximum of 5): 1. These have all been sent to collection and have not been received to date. The collection agency will continue to pursue these amounts even though they will be removed from the City's books.
