COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #190-2006
DETERMINATION OF NON-SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE
TO THE ST. ANDREWS VILLAGE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, A request pertaining to the St. Andrew's Village Planned Development
requirements for an individual building at Tax Key No. 2258.994.011-.012/895 W13481-85
81. Andrews Drive was submitted by Burke Homes; and
WHEREAS, Said request constitutes a change to the approved planned unit
development of the St. Andrew's Village Planned Development District as it adds decks
on the units mentioned above; and
WHEREAS, The decks do impact the overall development and Plan Commission
reviewed the request and determined that it did not constitute a substantial change to
the original Planned Unit Development of the St. Andrew's Village Planned
Development District through the adoption of #P.C. 119-2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby determine
that the request submitted by Burke Homes does not constitute a substantial change to
the original Planned Unit Development of St. Andrew's Village Planned Development
District subject to the conditions outlined in #P.C. 119-2006 by the Plan Commission.
