RESOLUTION #199-2005
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Gnacinski
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on October 3, 2005 to finalize a two-
lot land division of the Joseph Gnacinski property located on Hillendale Drive in the SE
1/4 of Section 18 (Tax Key #2232.996); and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 125-2005 recommending
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
certified survey map to finalize a two-lot land division of the Joseph Gnacinski property
located on Hillendale Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 18 subject to the conditions outlined
in Resolution #P.C. 125-2005.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required
by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may
be due, payment of any unpaid taxes, and approval of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital file of this certified survey map shall be
submitted to the City in accordance with Common Council Ordinance #1118 and
Resolution #196-2002.

BASEMENT RESTRICTION - GROUNDWATER
Although all lots in the Certified Survey Map have been reviewed and
approved for de\leJopement with single-family residential use in
accordance with Section 236 Wisconsin Statutes, some tots contain
soil conditions which, due to the possible presence of groundwater
near the surface. may require additional soil engineering and
foundation design with regard to basement construction. It is
recommended that either a licensed professional engineer Of other
soils expert design a basement and foundation which wilt be suitable
to withstand the various problems associated with saturated soil
conditions on basement walls or floors or that special measures be
taken. Soil conditions should be subject to each owner's special
investigation prior to construction and no speCific representation is
made herein
