RESOLUTION #160-2005
AWARD OF BID
2005 Road Improvement Program
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the 2005 Road Improvement program and
the following bids were received:
Black Diamond Group
Payne & Dolan
$711,5;87.70
$639,8:75.95
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee and City Engineer have reviewed the bids and
recommend that the low bid submitted by Payne & Dolan in the amount of $639,875.95
for the 2005 Road Improvement program be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the low bid of Payne & Dolan in the amount of $639,875.95 for the 20105 Road
Improvement program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer an3 hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor or his designee are authorized to sign
any changes at his discretion upon recommendation of the Engineering/Building
Inspection Director.
