RESOLUTION #031-2005
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Knudsen
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on December 21, 2004 to finalize a
three-lot land division of the Knudsen property located on Hillendale Drive in the NW
1/4 of Section 8 (Tax Key #2190.994.009); and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 005-2005 recommending
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
certified survey map to finalize a three-lot land division of the Knudsen property on
Hillendale Drive in the NW 1/4 of Section 8 subject to the conditions outlined in
Resolution #P.C. 005-2005.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required
by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may
be due, payment of any unpaid taxes, and approval of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital file of this certified survey map shall be
submitted to the City in accordance with Common Council Ordinance #1118 and
Resolution #196-2002.

South Zone (NAD-27).
2.) A grading and drainage plan must be submitted and approved by public
works committee prior to the issuance of a building permit.
3.) Areas zoned with sewer designation shall be served by sanitary sewer.
The drainage easements shall be maintained by the respective parcel
owners. The paIcel owners shall maintain said easements in an
unobstructed condiûon sO as to maintain their intended purpose.
Construcûon of any building, grading or filling-in said easements is
prohibited. The paIcel owners grant to the City of Muskego the right
(but not the responsibility) to enter upon said easements in order to
inspect, repair or restore said easements to their intended purpose.
Expenses incurred by the City for inspection, repair or restoration of said
easments may be placed against the tax roll of said parcel owner and
collected as a special charge by the City.
4.) The buDding setback distance from a right-of-way line is 40 feet.
Side-yaId setbacks are 15 feet from one side and 20 feet from the others.
The rear-yard setback is 20 feet.
