COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #142-2004
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Ragus
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on August 17, 2004 to finalize a four-
lot land division of the Ragus property located on Field Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 7
(Tax Key #2185.994); and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 080-2004 recommending
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
certified survey map to finalize a four-lot land division of the Ragus property on Field
Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 7 subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C.
080-2004.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subjeqt to receipt of all fees required
by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may
be due, and approval of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital file of this certified survey map shall be
submitted to the City in accordance with Common Council Ordinance #1118 and
Resolution #196-2002.

Commencing at the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 of said Section 7, thence S
87"00'33" W along the South line of said NE 1/4 Section 7, 1,299.50 feet; thence
N 00043'32" W, 40.03 feet to the place of beginning of the lands to be described;
thence S 87"00'33" W along the North line of Field Drive, 330.00 feet; thence N
