COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #219.2003
DETERMINATION OF NONSUBSTANTIAL CHANGE
TO THE RESERVE AT CHAMPIONS VILLAGE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT
WHEREAS, A petition for a determination of nonsubstantial change to the approved
Reserve at Champions Village planned development district pertaining to open space
requirements for S96 W13140 Linksway Court (Tax Key No. 2257.166) was submitted
by Downing Brothers Builders, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to construct a residence and install a paved
driveway measuring approximately 3,881 square feet; and
WHEREAS, Said request constitutes a change to the approved planned unit
development of the Reserve at Champions Village Planned Development District; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission reviewed the request and determined that it did not
constitute a substantial change to the original Reserve at Champions Village Planned
Development District through the adoption of#P.C. 128-2003, and further approved the
construction of a residence and installation of a paved driveway not to exceed a total of
3,881 square feet for property at S96 W13140 Linksway Court.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby determine
that the petition submitted by Downing Brothers Builders, Inc. does not constitute a
substantial change to the approved Reserve at Champions Village Planned
Development District subject to the conditions outlined by the Plan Commission in
#P.C. 128-2003.
