COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #153-2003
DETERMINATION OF NONSUBSTANTIAL CHANGE
TO THE SARAH ESTATES PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, A petition for a determination of nonsubstantial change to the approved
Sarah Estates planned development district pertaining to open space requirements for
an individual parcel at S79 W16771 Green StreetfTax Key No. 2218.054 was submitted
by Michael Zielinski on June 2, 2003; and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to install a paved driveway, walks and patio
measuring approximately 1,399 square feet; and
WHEREAS, Said request constitutes a change to the approved planned unit
development of the Sarah Estates Planned Development District; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission reviewed the request and determined that it did not
constitute a substantial change to the original Planned Unit Development of the Sarah
Estates Planned Development District through the adoption of #P.C. 078-2003, and
further approved the installation of a paved driveway, walks and patio not to exceed a
total of 1,399 square feet for the property at S79 W16771 Green Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby determine
that the petition submitted by Michael Zielinski does not constitute a substantial change
to the original Planned Unit Development of the Sarah Estates Planned Development
District subject to the conditions outlined by the Plan Commission in #P.C. 078-2003.
