COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #132-2003
RESOLUTION TO REDEFINE HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY - HOLZ DRIVE
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego has determined that a certain portion of public right-
of-way on Holz Drive identified on Exhibit "A" as attached is not needed for that
purpose; and
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego has further determined that said portion of public
right-of-way can be redefined for public lake access purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby determine that the portion of public right-of-way on Holz Drive, as
depicted on Exhibit "A" and the attached map, will be dedicated for public lake access
purposes as Outlot 2.

Being part of Block "B", in Holz's Assessors Plat, located in the Northwest \4 and the
Southwest \4 of Section 13, Town 5 North, Range 20 E, City of Muskego, Waukesha
County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast comer of Parcel 3, Certified Survey Map No. 9433,
(foI1llerly known as Lot 19, block "B", Holz's Assessors Plat, said point also being the
point of beginning; thence S 07040'28" E, 50.16 feet, to the South line of said Holz's
Assessors plat; thence S 77041 '24" W along said South line 128.01 feet, to a meander
line; thence N 09056'39" W, along said meander line, 50.04 feet to the South line of said
Parcel 3; thence N 77041 '24" E, along said South line 130.00 feet to the point of
beginning; also including lands lake shore and meander line. Containing 0.15 acres
(6,450.29 sq.ft.) more or less, to meander line. (Bearings are referenced to Certified
