APPROVAL OF CONDOMINIUM PLAT
Parkridge Condominiums
WHEREAS, A Condominium Plat was submitted by John Shore for the Fiflh Addendum
to the Parkridge Condominium property located in the SW of Section 10; and
WHEREAS, Said plat consists of eight residential units; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval through Resolution
#P.C. 095-2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Condominium Plat for Parkridge Condominiums, located in the SW % of Section 10,
subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 095-2002, resolution of technical
discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department, City Engineers, and Fire
Department, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14 of the Land Division
Ordinance and outstanding assessments if applicable.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a *.DXF, *.DWG, or *.DGN file of this
Condominium Plat shall be submitted to the City and approved by the City Engineer
prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-1/2" diskette).

LOCATED IN THE SW X OF SECTION 10 (TAX KEY NO 2198.121)
WHEREAS, On December 7, 2001 a condominium plat was submitted by John Shore for the Fifth
Addendum to the Parkridge Condominiums property located in the SW X of Section IO, and
WHEREAS, Said plat consists of eight residential units in one structure, and
WHEREAS, Said property is currently zoned RSMIOPD, Multiple Family Residential District as modified by
the Planned Development Overlay, and
WHEREAS, A Building Site and Operation Plan was previously approved by the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, The 2010 Comprehensive Plan depicts this area for multiple family residential development,
and the proposal is consistent with the Plan, and
WHEREAS, The property is serviced by City sewer and a private water system, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the condominium plat submitted
by John Shore for the Fifth Addendum to the Parkridge Condominiums property located in the SW X of
and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance
Section IO, subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department
and outstanding assessments if applicable, and establishment of a Condominium Association.
