APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Cyskiewicz, Town of Waterford
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on January 10,2002 to finalize a
three-parcel division of the Cyskiewicz property located on Heidelberg Circle in the NE
% of Section 14 in the Town of Waterford; and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval with the adoption of
Resolution #P.C. 005-2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Certified Survey Map to finalize a three-parcel division of the Cyskiewicz property
located on Heidelberg Circle in the NE % of Section 14 in the Town of Waterford
subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 005-2002.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required
by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer

FOR THE CYSKIEWICZ PROPERTY LOCATED IN SECTION 14, TOWN OF WATERFORD
WHEREAS, On January 10, 2002 A Certified Survey Map for a three (3) lot land division was
submitted by Allen Cyskiewicz for a property located in Section 14, Town of Waterford, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City
of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts to the City of Muskego. and
WHEREAS, The Town of Waterford must also approve of all land divisions within their
jurisdiction
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the extraterritorial
Certified Survey Map creating a three (3) lot land division of the Cyskiewicz property, in Section
14, Town of Waterford. and recommends the same to the Common Council.
