RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH FEES
(Fee for Building Permits and Engineering Review)
WHEREAS, Chapter 30 of the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego provides that
applicable fees shall be, as from time to time, established by Resolution of the Common
Council: and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee reviewed an amendment to Table #1 located in the
Building Code (Chapter 30), as attached, and has recommended approval.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon
the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby establish building permit fees
as outlined in Table #1, as attached, effective upon adoption of this Resolution.
