APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Long Lake Estates - Town of Norway
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat for Long Lake Estates Subdivision, consisting of 90
residential lots and several outlots, in the SW % of Section 5 in the Town of Norway,
was submitted on September 20, 2001, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Preliminary Plat for Long Lake Estates Subdivision located in the SW % of Section 5 in
the Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fee and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.

RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL
PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR THE LONG LAKE ESTATES SUBDIVISION
LOCATED IN SECTION 5. TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for the Long Lake Estates Subdivision was
submitted for the property located in the Section 5, Town of Norway, on
September 20,2001, and
WHEREAS, Said subdivision is located within the jurisdiction of the
extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval by the Plan
Commission and Common Council is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts and no conflicts
with future street patterns of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway and Racine County must also approve of all
land divisions within their jurisdiction. a THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends
approval to the Common Council of the City of Muskego of an extraterritorial final
plat known as Long Lake Estates, located in Section 5, Town of Norway.
