RELOCATION ORDER OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO,
WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
(Bay Lane Intersection Project -
Maurice Property)
NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its
Common Council and for its Relocation Order hereby resolves as follows:
1 That this Resolution is a Relocation Order in accordance with
§32.05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, for the purposes of the within
described public improvement project and it is also a determination
of necessity for that project in accordance with §32.07(2), Wisconsin
Statutes.
2. That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is a necessary
and public purpose to construct highway and storm sewer improvements
as shown on the map attached hereto, made a part
hereof and marked Exhibit "B."
3. That said highway and storm sewer improvements will be
built as set forth on the map which is annexed to this Relocation
Order as Exhibit "B" and is incorporated herein.
4. That the site of said highway and storm sewer improvement is contained
in Exhibit "B" which is incorporated herein; that the legal description to
said site is attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A,"
5. That the City of Muskego will acquire fee simple title for highway
and storm sewer improvements as indicated on Exhibits "A" and ,Ma,"
Passed and approved this 25th day of September 2001
I hereby certify that on the 25th day of September , 2001, the
within Relocation Order was adopted by a vote of 6 ayes to 1 nays by the
Common Council of the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin.

All that part of the Northwest !4 of Section 10, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, in the City
of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the property as described in a Warranty Deed
recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Waukesha County, Wisconsin in Reel
2919, Image 377, as Document No. 2472622, said point also being the West right-of-way
line of Bay Lane Drive; thence 208.69 feet, Northerly along said right-of-way line to the
point of beginning of lands described herein; thence N 55”57’28” W 45.56 feet to the
South right-of -way line of Janesville Road; thence N 57”Ol’ E along said right-of-way,
15.00 feet; thence South 61’29’35” E 28.64 feet, to a point on said Bay Lane Drive right-
of-way; thence Southerly along said right-of-way 20.00 feet to point of beginning,
containing 566.23 Sq.Ft. or 0.013 Acres.
