APPROVAL OF ACCESS EASEMENT
CANDLEWOOD CREEK
WHEREAS, The attached Access Easement through the unplatted Candlewood Creek
Subdivision will provide access to the proposed Community Center property identified in
the certified sulvey map adopted by Resolution #158-2001
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the attached Access Easement, as amended.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer and Mayor are authorized to
execute the Easement in the name of the City.
