AWARD OF BID
2001 Road Program
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the 2001 Road Program and the following
bids were received:
Base Bid
Paving Mix and Construction Co. $662,164.30
Payne & Dolan $638,105.00
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee and EngineeringlBuilding Inspection Director have
reviewed the bids and recommend that the low bid submitted by Payne 8. Dolan in the
amount of $638,105.00 be accepted for the City's 2001 Road Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee. does hereby accept
the low bid of Payne & Dolan in the amount of $638,105.00 for the City's 2001 Road
Program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further
authorized to sign any changes at their discretion upon recommendation of the 0 EngineeringlBuilding Inspection Director
