APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Brott, Town of Vernon
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on February 8,2001 to finalize a
two-parcel division of the Brott property located on Kelsey Avenue in the NE % of
Section 36 in the Town of Vernon; and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval with the adoption of
Resolution #P.C. 014-2001
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Certified Survey Map to finalize a two-parcel division of the Brott property located on
Kelsey Avenue in the NE % of Section 36 in the Town of Vernon subject to the
conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 014-2001
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required
by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer

RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL
CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE BROT PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NE % SECTION 36, TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS, On February 8, 2001 A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division
was submitted by Victor Brott for the Brott property located in the NE 114 of Section 36,
Town of Vernon, 1999, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers
of the City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the
City's subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts to the City of Muskego,
and
WHEREAS, Parcel 1 has no street frontage and is proposed to access Kelsey Drive via
a 33 wide easement, and such access is not in conformance with Chapter 18 of the
City of Muskego Ordinances regulating division on land, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Vernon must also approve of all land divisions within their
jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to
the Common Council of the City of Muskego of an extraterritorial Certified Survey Map
creating a two(2) lot land division of the Brott properly, located in the NE 114 of Section
36. Town of Vernon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is conditioned upon the illustration of
a 60 foot wide street reservation to serve parcel 1
