THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY,
WISCONSIN, HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:

That this Resolution is an amendment to a Resolution of Necessity which is Resolution
#243-2000 passed and approved on November 28,2000
That this Resolution is an Amended Resolution of Necessity, in accordance with
§32.06(1) and §32.07(2), Wis. Statutes relating to the within-described public
improvement project;
That it is hereby determined that it is necessary for the City of Muskego to acquire fee
simple title in said property for park purposes;
In furtherance of the above stated public purpose, the City of Muskego must acquire fee
simple title to the real estate more specifically described on attached Exhibit “A” and
attached Exhibit “B’ consisting of a legal description and map;
That the City of Muskego will acquire, by condemnation in accordance with Chapter 32,
Wis. Statutes, if necessary, the above-described interest in the above described real-estate
from the record owners thereof and from any and all persons or entities who may have a
record interest in said real estate.
That the herein Resolution was passed and adopted by the Common Council of the City of
Muskego this 9th day of January, 2001 by a vote of 2 ayes and 0 nays.

Commencing at a point in the South line of said North East X, 1344.90 feet West of the
South East comer of said North East Yi; running thence North, 1330.80 feet to a point
which is 1313.60 feet East of the West line of the said North East %; thence West 925.60
feet to a point which is 1329.00 feet North of the South line of said North East Quarter
