RESOLUTION #I 93-2000
AMENDED RELOCATION ORDER OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO,
WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN

NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its Common Council
and for its Relocation Order hereby resolves as follows:
1 That this Resolution is an amendment to a Relocation Order which is Resolution #I 5-
2000 which was passed and approved on January 11, 2000.
2. That this Resolution is an Amended Relocation Order in accordance with §32.05(1),
Wisconsin Statutes, for the purposes of the within described public improvement project
and it is also a determination of necessity for that project in accordance with §32.07(2),
Wisconsin Statutes.
3. That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is a necessary and public purpose to
construct sanitary sewer improvements as shown on the maps attached hereto, made a
part hereof and marked Exhibit "A-I" and "A-2.''
4. That said sanitary sewer improvements will be built as set forth on the maps which are
annexed to this Relocation Order as Exhibit "A-1'' and "A-2'' and are incorporated herein.
5. That the site of said sanitary sewer improvements is contained in Exhibit "A-I" and "A-2''
which are incorporated herein; that the legal descriptions to said site are attached hereto,
made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "B-1"and "8-2."
6. That the City of Muskego will acquire permanent easements for sanitary sewer
improvements as indicated on Exhibits "A-I" and "A-2'' and "B-1" and "B-2" attached
to this Amended Relocation Order
Passed and approved this 12th day of September , 2000.
I hereby certify that on the 12th day of September , 2000, the within
Amended Relocation Order was adopted by a vote of 7 ayes to -0- nays by the
Common Council of the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin.

Being all that part of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 36, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City
of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, described as follows (see attached Exhibit
"A"):
Being the easterly 20 feet of lands as described in Reel 1224, Image 1256 through 1257,
as Document No. 1606001 in the Waukesha County Register of Deeds. Containing
0.5614 acres (24,455 sq. ft.) more or less of land. It is the intention of this document to
describe a strip of land that is 20 feet wide, westerly of, parallel with, and adjacent to the
westerly right-of-way line of "U.S.H. 45"
