APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Lekfield
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on August 16, 2000 to finalize a two-
parcel land division of the Lekfield property located on Henneberry Drive and Crowbar
Road in the SW of Section 19; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 170-2000 recommending
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
certified survey map to finalize a two-parcel land division of the Lekfield property
located in the SW !A of Section 19 on Henneberry Drive and Crowbar Road subject to
the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 170-2000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required
by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may
be due, and approval of the City Engineer
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a DXF or DGN file of this CSM be submitted to the
City prior to City signatures being placed upon the certified survey map (3 %" diskette).

RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR A TWO
(2) LOT LAND DIVISION FOR THE LEKFIELD PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW %
OF SECTION 19 (TAX KEY NO. 2235.998)
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted by Timothy Lekfield for a two (2) lot
land division of the Lekfield property located in the SW % of Section 19, on August 16,
2000, and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned EA - Exclusive Agriculture District, requiring a
minimum lot size of 35 acres and allows land divisions for family members which are as
small 40,000 square feet, and said lots appear to meet said minimum zoning
requirements, and
WHEREAS, The adopted Comprehensive Plan depicts this area rural development,
and
WHEREAS, Said parcels will not be serviced by City sewer and will use private wells,
and
WHEREAS, the certified survey map depicts right-of-way dedicated to its ultimate width 0 as depicted on the 2010 Highway System Map.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to
the Common Council of a Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division of the
Lekfield property located in the SW % of Section 19 subject to resolution of technical
discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers, and
payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance and
outstanding assessments if applicable.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a digital *.DXF file, *.DGN file, or *.DWG file of this
Certified Survey Map be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed
upon the CSM (3-112' diskette) and all information transmitted on the diskettes shall be
tied to and referenced to State Plane Coordinates NGVD 1929 or others approved by
the City Engineer
