APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Henneberry
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on May 4, 2000 to finalize a three-
parcel land division of the Henneberry property located in the SW % of Section 20 on
Henneberry Drive; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 096-2000 recommending
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
certified survey map to finalize a three-parcel land division of the Henneberry property
located in the SW %of Section 20 on Henneberry Drive subject to the conditions
outlined in Resolution #P.C. 096-2000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees
required by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments
which may be due, and approval of the City Engineer
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That approval of said certified survey map is subject to
passage and publication of Ordinance #1023.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a DXF or DGN file of this CSM be submitted to the
City prior to City signatures being placed upon the certified survey map (3 %” diskette).

APPROVAL OF A THREE (3) LOT LAND DIVISION FOR THE HENNEBERRY PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE SW %OF SECTION 20
(TAX KEY NO. 2236.996 I HENNEBERRY DRIVE)
WHEREAS, On May 4, 2000 a Certified Survey Map was submitted by Brian
Henneberry for a three (3) lot land division of the Henneberry property located in the SW % of
Section 20, (Tax Key No. 2236.996), and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create lots with a minimum area of four
(4) acres and an average minimum width of 250 feet, and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned EA - Exclusive Agriculture District, and petitioner
proposes to rezone the subject land to RCE Residential Country Estate District, requiring a
minimum lot size of 120,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 250 feet, and
parcel appears to meet said minimum zoning requirements for the RCE District, and
WHEREAS, Said Land divisions will result in a 22 acre remnant parcel which does not
meet the standards of the EA District, and which will be rezoned to A - Agriculture District
concurrent with the Final CSM approval.
WHEREAS, The adopted 2005 Comprehensive Plan and draft 2010 Comprehensive
Plan depict this area for agriculture and rural density residential development and this proposal
is within this goal, and
WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by private sewer and water facilities, and
WHEREAS, Wetlands are present on the subject parcels and have been delineated on
the certified survey map.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a Certified
Survey Map being submitted creating a three (3) lot land division of the Henneberry property in
the SW % of Section 20.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the 22 acre remnant parcel may be excluded from
the Certified Survey Map.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Engineer must approve grading plans for
each lot concurrent with building permit application.
