AWARD OF BID
Firing Range for Firearms Training Facility
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the Firing Range for Firearms Training Facility and
the following bids were received:

Wm. Sackerson Construction, lnc. $432,390 $25,000
AS1 General, Inc. $473,805 $28,718
T V John and Sons, tnc. $393,000 $25,000
The Bentley Company. $467,000 $17,500
WHEREAS. the Finance Committee and City Engineers have reviewed the bids and recommend
that the low base bid submitted by T V John and Sons, Inc. in the amount of $393,000 be
accepted for the Firing Range for Firearms Training Facility contingent upon additional funding
from the FBI being received for project in an amount and on terms and conditions acceptable to
the Mayor
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept the low base bid of T
V John and Sons. Inc. in the amount of $393,000 for the Firing Range for Firearms Training
Facility contingent upon additional funding from the FBI being received for the project in an
amount and on terms and conditions acceptable to the Mayor
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized to
sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further authorized to sign any
change orders at their discretion upon recommendation of the City Engineers.
