RESOLUTION #157-99
DETERMINATION OF NONSUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO THE OPD
OF CHAMPIONS VILLAGE OF COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGES
WHEREAS, A request for a community marketing center to be located in the garage of
an existing model home was submitted by Lakeside Homes, Inc. in 1997; and
WHEREAS, The marketing center is located on Lot 10 of the Champions Village
Subdivision, a part of the Country Club Villages Planned Development; and
WHEREAS, Said petition constituted a change to the approved planned unit
development of Country Club Villages; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission and Common Council determined in 1997 that the
amendment did not constitute a substantial change to the OPD of Country Club Villages
subject to review every two years; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission reviewed the existing marketing center and affirms
its determination that it does not constitute a substantial change to the OPD of Country
Club Villages subject to continued review of this issue every two years until such time
as a model home will no longer be needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
