APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Duve
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on January 21, 1999 to finalize a
four-parcel land division of the Duve property located on Kelsey Drive in the NW % of
Section 33; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission amended and adopted Resolution #P.C. 12-99
recommending approval subject to the conditions outlined in the resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize a four-parcel land
division of the Duve property located on Kelsey Drive in the NW % of Section 33
subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 12-99, as amended and adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees
required by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments
which may be due, and approval of the City Engineer
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a DXF or DGN file of this CSM be submitted to the
City prior to City signatures being placed upon the certified survey map (3 %" diskette).

follows: Commence at the West 1/4 comer of said Section; THENCENorth 01 degrees 37 minutes 30 seconds
West for a distance of 1258.00 feet, along the West line of said 114 section, to a point; THENCE North 88 degrees
13 minutes 25 East, for a distance of 40.00 feet, to the Point of Beginning, said point also being the northwest
comer of said Parcel #I; THENCE continuing North 88 degrees 13 minutes 25 East, for a distance of 909.17 feet,
