CCR1998235AMENDED COMMON COUNCIL -CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #235-98 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ASSESSMENT POLICY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWERS BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby amend the Assessment Policy for Construction of Sanitary Sewers to add the following language to the end of Paragraph 6. A. (1): A final assessment resolution may provide for commencement of interest on a deferred portion of an assessment at a later date than that date provided for in this paragraph if, in the final assessment resolution, a finding is made that it is impossible, based on a government restriction, for the specially benefited property to make use of the improvement within a reasonable time after adoption of the final assessment resolution.
