RESOLUTION #212-98
RESOLUTION INDICATING CITY'S PRESENT INTENT TO
APPROVE THE CONCEPT OF RSUOPD ZONING
PipkelNorth Cape Farms Subdivision
WHEREAS, Alfred and Joanne E. Pipke have petitioned the Council to rezone property
located in the SE 1/4 of Section 13 from R-3 to RSElOPD to allow for the development
of the North Cape Farms Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to indicate its present intention of approving the concepts
which so far have been presented by the petitioners and wishes to defer acting on the
rezoning until all requirements of the City's ordinances pertaining to planned unit
developments and Plan Commission and Common Council requirements pertaining to
planned unit developments have been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby indicate its present intention that it approves of the concept of
the project proposed by Alfred and Joanne E. Pipke for the development of North Cape I 0 Farms Subdivision and defers acting on the rezoning request until all requirements of
the City's ordinances pertaining to planned unit developments and the Plan
Commission and Common Council requirements pertaining to planned unit
developments have been met. I

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this deferral is with the agreement of the petitioners.
