CCR1998153COMMON COUNCIL -CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #i53-98 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO COOPERATIVE AND LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO AND THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION FOR CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF A FIREARMS TRAINING FACILITY BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve the attached Amendment to Cooperative and License Agreement between the City of Muskego and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for Construction and Operation of a Firearms Training Facility. Salentine This is to certify that this is a true and accurate copy of Resolution #153-98 which was adopted by the Common Council of the City of Muskego. 8/98 jm mcENDnENT To CITY OF MUSKEQO AND TEE PEDEW BUREAU OP INVESTIQATION FOR COOPERATIVE AGREgEdENT AND LICENSE AGRE- BETWISEN =E CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF A PIRWW4S TRAINING FACILITY by and between the CITY OF KUSREQO ("CITY") and the PEDEW A Cooperative Agreement ("AQREEMEWT') was entered into of Justice, an agency of the United States Qovernment, on or about September 24, 1997. Said parties wish to amend that AGRBIUGNT as Bet forth herein. The amendments are as follows : BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION ("FBI"), a Bureau of the Department 1. The CITY, pursuant to said AQREEm, has received from the FBI the sum of $396,200.00. 2. The CITY may proceed to publicly bid and construct that portion of the project set forth in the AGREEMENT set forth below and use any portion of the $396,200.00 necessary to complete the following portion of said project: (a) Grade and prepare the site for the Firearms Training Facility as follows: Construction of a 25 foot high impact berm behind the target wall; Construction of 25' to 10' high tapered ballistic protective side berms on either side of the range and between the rifle range and pistol range; Construction of a 10' high ballistic protective berm between pistol range and rifle range; protective berm betreen the pistol range Construction of a 15' high ballistic and the combat range. 3 Any portion of the $396,200 00 not spent on the above may be applied to the construction/purchase of equipment for the range in accordance with the original terms of the AQREIMENT The FBI shall be under no obligation to provide additional funding 4. All provisions of the AGREEMENT not specifically amended by this document remain in full force and effect.
