APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Otto, Town of Norway
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on April 1, 1998 to finalize a two-
parcel and one outlot division of the Otto property on Long Lake Road and Scenic View
Drive in the NW % of Section 17 and the NE % of Section 18, in the Town of Norway;
and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Certified Survey Map to finalize a two-parcel and one outlot division of the Otto
property on Long Lake Road and Scenic View Drive in the NW % of Section 17 and the
NE % of Section 18, in the Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees
required by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance and approval of the City
Engineer

RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATEFWTORJAL
CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE OTTO PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NE % SECTION 7, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) parcel and one (1) outlot land division was
submitted by Donald Otto for the property located along Long Lake Road and Scenic View Drive in the
NE 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Norway, on April 1, 1998, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the
City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to.be no adverse drainage impacts and no conflicts with hture street
patterns of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS. The Town of Norway must also approve of all land divisions within their
jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the
Common Council of the City of Muskego of an extraterritorial Certified Survey Map creating a two (2)
parcel and one (I) outlot land division of the Otto property, located in the NE 1/4 of Section 17, Town of
