APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Baranowski
WHEREAS, A certified survey map to finalize a two-parcel division of the Baranowski property
on Ryan Road in the SE 54 of Section 23 was approved by the Common Council of the City of
Muskego through Resolution #159-97 adopted July 8, 1997; and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map was not recorded within the 30-day time period and re-
approval by the Common Council is necessary; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval through Resolution #P.C. 216-
97
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the Certified Survey
Map to finalize a two-parcel division of the Baranowski property on Ryan Road in the SE 54 of
Section 23.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required by
approval of the City Engineer.
Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, and
