CCR1997261AMENDED COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #261-97 PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO SEWRPC 208 PLAN WHEREAS, the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission, working in cooperation with the City of Muskego, has prepared an amendment for a portion of the sanitary sewer service area tributary to the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District sewage treatment environmentally sensitive lands within, and tributary to, the sewer facilities, including recommendations for the protection of service area; and WHEREAS, the aforereferenced recommendations are set forth in a proposed SEWRPC Community Assistance Planning Report No. 64 (3rd Edition) entitled, "Sanitary Sewer Service Area for the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin," and WHEREAS, On November 18, 1996, the Public Utilities Committee of the area amendments with the exception of those lands south of Woods City of Muskego, reviewed and approved the proposed sewer service Road and west of the school district property, and those lands at the southeast corner of Woods Road and Racine Avenue, now being the Notice of Public Hearing, and illustrated as an addition to the immediate sewer service area on WHEREAS, on November 4, 1997, the Plan Commission of the City of amendments with the exception of those lands south of Woods Road and west of the school district property, and those lands at the southeast corner of Woods Road and Racine Avenue, and WHEREAS, on November 17, 1997 the Public Utilities Committee of the City of Muskego reviewed the proposed sewer service area amendments and recommends approval of said amendments as presented in the Planning Report No. 64. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee from their November 17, 1997 meeting, does hereby adopt the proposed SEWRPC Community Assistance Planning Report No. 64 (3rd Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin," as a guide for the provision Edition) entitled, "Sanitary Sewer Service Area for the City of of sanitary sewer service and land use management and zoning within the planned sewer service area.
