RESOLUTION #195-97
RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH FEES
WHEREAS, the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego provides that various fees may
be established by Resolution of the Common Council; and
WHEREAS, in May of 1997, the Common Council of the City of Muskego through
Resolution #106-97 established a fee structure for code compliance inspections (to be
referred to as Residential Point of Sale inspections); and
WHEREAS, the Code Compliance Ordinance, Chapter 30, Section 30.51, is scheduled
to be repealed and replaced with Chapter 33 Residential Point of Sale Code through
Ordinance #943; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 33 provides that inspection and penalty fees shall be listed in
Table #4.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby create
Table #4 to establish the above-referred-to fees and does hereby amend Table #1 to
remove the fees for Code Compliance inspections.
