CCR1997170i 4 a COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #170-97 DETERMINATION OF NONSUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO THE OPD OF CHAMPIONS VILLAGE OF COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGES WHEREAS, a request for a community marketing center in a model home was submitted by Lakeside Homes, Inc., the primary developer of the subdivision, to be located on Lot 10 of the Champions Village Subdivision; and WHEREAS, the proposed marketing center is to be located in the garage of an existing model home and would have to meet all necessary building code requirements; and planned unit development of Country Club Villages; and WHEREAS, said petition would constitute a change to the approved WHEREAS, the Plan Commission finds that this changes does not constitute a substantial alteration to the original approved PUD of Country Club Villages and recommends approval to the Common Council with the Plan Commission to review this issue every two years until such time as a model home will no longer be needed and that all appropriate permits be applied for and obtained " I from the Building Department. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of Plan Commission, does hereby determine that the proposed change as identified above does not constitute a substantial change to the original planned unit development of Country Club Villages subject to the conditions as stated above.
