DETERMINATION OF NONSUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO
ORIGINAL OPD FOR MUSKEG0 REGENCY
WHEREAS, the original Overlay Planned Development (OPD) of
Muskego Regency Retirement Community approved ten 8-unit
buildings, one 10-unit building, two 32-unit buildings and one
96-unit building; and
WHEREAS, Wimmer Brothers has submitted a revised site plan which
proposes to eliminate four of the 8-unit buildings and the one

10-unit building and proposes to construct one 42-unit building;
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that this change
does not constitute a substantial alteration of the original
approved OPD of Muskego Regency Retirement Community as the unit
densities remain the same while the open space increases; and
