upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does
hereby authorize execution of the attached Offer to Purchase, as
amended, for zero dollars and necessary closing documents, which
are part of the Offer to Purchase but are not attached hereto,
access, construction and maintenance for the North Cape Road Lift
for permanent easement for pumping station, sanitary sewer,
Station.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to make

construction easement stated, subject to the approval of the City
of Muskego.
The undersigned owners have been fully informed of the right
to have the property appraised, and to receive just compensation
based upon an appraisal, have decided to waive the right to an
appraisal.
The undersigned owners further state that the decision to
waive such right to an appraisal was made without undue influence
or coercive action of any nature.
It is intended that the instrument of conveyance will be
