CCR1997038COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #--97 AMENDED RELOCATION ORDER OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN (Durham Drive Lift Station/Hi View-Holz Project- Benke/Buechel) NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its Common Council and for its Amended Relocation Order hereby resolves as follows 1 2. 3. 4. 5 6. That this Resolution is an amendment to a Relocation Order which is Resolution #257-96 which was passed and approved on November 12, 1996; That this Resolution is an Amended Relocation Order in accordance with §32 05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, for the purposes of the within described public improvement project and it is also a determination of necessity for that project in accordance with §32.07(2), Wisconsin Statutes; That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is a necessary and public purpose to construct sanitary sewers for sewer improvements as shown on the maps attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibits "A-1" through "A-3"; That said sanitary sewer will be built as set forth on the maps which are annexed to this Amended Relocation Order as Exhibits "A-1" through "A-3"; That the sites of said sanitary sewer are contained in Exhibits "A-1" through "A-3" which are annexed to this Amended Relocation Order; that legal descriptions to said marked Exhibits "B-1" through "B-4"; sites are attached to this Amended Relocation Order and That the City of Muskego will acquire fee simple title as to Exhibits "A-1" and "B-l'c, a permanent easement as indicated on Exhibits "A-2" and "B-2" and other necessary temporary access drive easements as indicated on Exhibits "A-3" and "B-3" and "B-4" for sanitary sewer improvements all of which are attached to this Amended Relocation Order. Passed and approved this 25th day of February , 1997.
