CCR1996295B COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #295-96 AGREEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR WELL NO. 7 APPROVAL OF AMENDED ATTACHMENTS TO WHEREAS, in August of 1995 the Common Council adopted Resolution #177-95 Authorizing the Execution of an Agreement, Easements and Ground Lease between the City and Waukesha County for the City's Well No. I and pump station located within Muskego County Park; and WHEREAS, as the well will be redrilled in a new location, the previously executed documentation need to be amended; legal descriptions marked as exhibits and attached to the NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council, upon the recommendation of the City Engineers and City Attorneys, approve Attorney to draft amendments to the original documentation to be the attached Exhibits and direct the City Engineers and City executed by the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer which would incorporate the new attachments. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as Waukesha County must still approve the site plan and attached documentation, the City Engineers may need to make minor adjustments to the parcels and easements. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer, in consultation with the City Engineers and City Attorney, may execute the contract amendments referred to above and make any necessary technical changes to the same.
