CCR1996271COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #271-96 APPROVAL OF FEE SCHEDULE FOR DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS WHEREAS, it was determined by the Committee of the Whole during their review of the 1997 budget that fees for work performed by the Department of Public Works be increased by 20% as reflected on the attached schedule; and WHEREAS, Chapter 0 of the Municipal Code provides that fees referred to in said chapter shall be from time to time established by Resolution of the Common Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby approve the attached Fee Schedule for the Department of Public Works effective January 1, 1997.
