RESOLUTION #268-96
RESOLUTION AS TO EXCLUSION OF PART-TIME ELECTED OFFICIALS
IN THE WISCONSIN RETIREMENT SYSTEM
WHEREAS, Resolution #242-96, A Resolution of Inclusion Under
the Wisconsin Retirement System was adopted on October 22, 1996,
and
WHEREAS, a reasonable evaluation of the hours and wages of the
part-time elected officials has been made, which indicates that
they would not qualify for inclusion in the WRS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby determine that part-time elected
officials are excluded from participation in the Wisconsin
Retirement System.
