APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
AND WAUKESHA COUNTY
(Data Processing Services)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego currently has an Agreement with
Waukesha County to provide Property Tax Assessment and Billing
Services; and
WHEREAS, that Agreement is to expire as of December 31, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer
to execute the attached Agreement with Waukesha County to
provide Property Tax Assessment and Billing Service. The term
of the Agreement to be for a two-year period commencing on
January 1, 1997, and expiring on December 31, 1998.

Dear Mrs. Marenda:
The attached Property Tax Assessment and billing agreement is
clarify Waukesha county's intent to continue tax assessment and
submitted for your review and acceptance. Its purpose is to help
billing services.
0 For 1997 the County proposes to charge an annual flat fee of
$1.10 per parcel if you use the CAMA system. If you are a on-line
community on the batch system would be $0.93 per parcel. In
customer the price per parcel would be $1.06. The price for a
addition, we plan to charge for our cost(s) for the label stock
that would be used for your community, and only for the cost of
the paper that would be used for special printing per your
requests.
We ask that you return this Agreement no later than November 12,
1996 signed by your appropriate official to obtain these
services. We encourage all of the Waukesha County municipalities
to avail themselves of these processing services.
If you will not be participating in the County Agreement please
return the form to Waukesha County marked with a large "NO" on
it. The latter municipalities will be required to provide the
County with a monthly magnetic tape of their data base in the

This Agreement is entered into this - day of
and between Waukesha County, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred
to as the County, located at 515 W. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, Wi. 53188, and
the City of Muskego, hereinafter referred to as the Municipality, located at
P.O. Box 903, Muskego, WI 53150.
