CCR1996240COMMON RESOLUTION #240-96 OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE OVERLAY PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OF THE MEADOW GREEN SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, the original OPD for the Meadow Green Subdivision permits 63 housing units; and WHEREAS, a petition has been received to amend the Meadow Green Subdivision OPD to allow the division of Lot 1 to create one new single family lot and grant duplex status to the existing and residence, increasing the total number of housing units to 65; WHEREAS, on September 10, 1996, the Common Council determined that the change requested by the petitioner constituted a substantial alteration to the original plan and that a public hearing was necessary; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the proposed amendment to the OPD of the Meadow Green Subdivision. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby amend the Meadow Green OPD to allow the division of Lot 1 to create one new single family lot and grant duplex status to the existing residence, subject to actual conversion of the Commission, and the submittal and approval of a certified survey residence to a duplex, site plan review of the duplex by the Plan map for said land division. This amendment will not go into effect until the City of Muskego receives payment of all outstanding bills regarding this matter from the petitioner. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that formal conversion of the residence to a duplex take place prior to it being granted duplex status and that any duplex or conversion requires Plan Commission review and approval.
