CCR1996209COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #209-96 FINAL RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SPECIAL CHARGES FOR TO BE CHARGED AND COLLECTED AS SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS PROPOSED ASSESSOR'S PLAT FOR HOLZ SUBDIVISION AREA PROVIDED BY WI STATUTES S66.60 WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, held a public hearing at the City Hall at 7:25 P.M. on the 24th day of September, 1996, for the purpose of hearing all interested persons concerning preliminary report of the City Engineer on the proposed assessor's plat for Holz Subdivision as set forth in Common Council Resolution #130-96 and shown on the attached legal description and map and heard all persons to speak at the hearing; and WHEREAS, the City intends to charge certain costs of the assessor's plat against lands included in said plat subject to Wisconsin Statutes 570.27 which provides in part that "all or any part of such cost may be charged to the land, without inclusion of improvements, so platted in the proportion that the last assessed valuation of each parcel bears to the last assessed total valuation of all lands included in the assessor's plat." NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin as follows: 1.
