CCR1996201COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 AMENDED DETERMINATION OF SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO RESOLUTION #201-96 (Lot 1 - Boehm) ORIGINAL MEADOW GREEN OPD WHEREAS, Gregory and Gloria Boehm have petitioned for a change to the Meadow Green Subdivision planned unit development to divide Lot 1 at S81 W16964 Woods Road for use as one single family lot and one duplex lot, and, WHEREAS, the proposed duplex lot has an existing single family home which was previously converted to a mother-in-law unit and the single family lot is new, WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that this change plan, and does not constitute a substantial alteration of the original WHEREAS, the Plan Commission originally proposed an OD overlay, but said overlay is not required as the property is already zoned OPD which allows mixed use development. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, W16964 Woods Road in Meadow Green Subdivision planned unit development to a single family lot and a duplex lot does constitute a substantial alteration of the original plan, and a public hearing is necessary, and that it is the petitioner's responsibility to petition this change. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a Certified Survey Map must be submitted for the proposed land division.
