FINAL RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
AMENDED AND REVISED
INSTALLATION OF SEWER IMPROVEMENTS AND
LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST
BENEFITED PROPERTY
(Woods Road Country Brook to Senior Center Sewer Project
MSS-5-95 Assessment District "SJ")
WHEREAS, Final Assessment Resolution #149-96 was amended and
adopted on June 25, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee, upon the request of the
property owners, has recommended that the Final Assessment
Resolution be further amended to reflect the following changes to
the assessment roll:
Tax Key No. 2224.994 (Boehm)
Add $4,021.36 for two 6" laterals and one
8" lateral with Waiver of Special Assessment Notices
and Hearings Under Section 66.60(18) Wisconsin Statutes
signed by property owner
Tax Key No. 2224.995.001 (Prekop)
Delete $17,564.40 for deferred assessment
Tax Key No. 2224.991 (Saddy)
Delete $15,669.63 for deferred assessment
Tax Key No. 2241.999 (Stefaniak)
That portion of Tax Key No. 2241.999.001 which has been
transferred to Tax Key No. 2241.999 by Certified Survey Map
shall be considered to be a part of Tax Key No. 2241.999 and
shall be encumbered by the sewer assessment levied on
2241.999 by Final Resolution #149-96. That portion of Tax
Key No. 2241.999 which has been transferred to Tax Key No.
2241.999.004 (formerly known as 2241.999.001) by Certified
Survey Map shall be considered to be a part of Tax Key No.
2241.999.004 and shall have no sewer assessment. The
deferred assessment on #2241.999 is not due and payable as a
result of this exchange of land. The owner of Tax Key No.
2241.999 has signed a Waiver of Notice and Hearing.
That all deferred assessments referred to in No. 8 of
Resolution #149-96, as amended, shall bear interest at the
rate of 8% per annum on the unpaid balance from November 1,
1997 and until payment in full. The remainder of said
paragraph shall remain unchanged.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities
Committee, does hereby amend Final Assessment Resolution #149-96,
as amended, to reflect the changes noted above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all remaining sections of the Final
Resolution #149-96, as amended, shall remain unchanged unless
specifically amended by this Resolution.
